All content on AutoviaTest, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, questions, explanations, lessons, and software, is the property of AutoviaTest or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. Some features of the Service may require payment. By purchasing a subscription or paid feature, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice.
AutoviaTest is an educational tool designed to help you prepare for driving tests. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that our practice materials exactly match official test questions. We are not affiliated with any official government testing agency. Your use of our Service does not guarantee passing any official driving test.

You may delete your account at any time through your Account Data Management page. Upon deletion, all your personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days. Active subscriptions should be cancelled before deleting your account.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with GDPR and other applicable data protection laws.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain and applicable European Union regulations, including GDPR. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
